Converting WAV files to MIDI is quite hard and sometimes it can be fustrating. Usually
not all WAV -> MIDI converters are perfect but tehy also can miss out a few notes. If you
are intrested to convert them there are a few software that let you do that. One of them
is Digital Ear. It's a shareware and I heard from some it's quite good. Go to
Download.com to check out more details. Other programs that have been tested by me are WIDI. The best is to learn how to transcribe the music manually by identifying the notes required for the song. It's tedious but more accurate.
